MEET MIKE MATAS: PHOTOGRAPHER AND USER INTERFACE DESIGNER
I discovered photographer and user interface designer Mike Matas randomly exploring my Instagram (worldofharold) photos on my iPhone. I especially connected with images (mike_matas) documenting his travels and eventually took a peak at www.mikematas.com to find out more.
Read about the new NEST LEARNING THEROSTAT Mike Matas helped design.
Featured on his website is a film Matas created of a trip he and his girlfriend took through Japan comprised of nearly 4000 photos over a weeks time. I’m sure making this was film was time consuming, but it’s a very creative way to document an experience and every time I watch it, I discover something new.
